I’m eager to learn. I’m a team player and problem solver. There was a task given to us by our team leader that we need to answer all the backlogs of our colleague who was absent and I collaborated with my colleagues and we gathered all our information as a problem solver we were able to finish the task just right on time. With this, I can say my skillset can be a good addition to the company and to the team that I will be part of in the future.

I’ve worked at JRM ConsumerTech Business Solutions under MyPhone Support. My role is to assist customers who are having issues with the computer then we’re going to diagnose the exact problem with the computer. After we are able to determine the issue, we’re going to pitch for the paid technical support so that issue will be fixed. Prior to that, I worked at VXI B.V. Global Holdings under the Uber account. My role is to assist the customers who are having concerns with their orders, we also assist the riders or drivers with their concerns. Like the app is not working, ratings, and also tips. Prior to that, I worked at Six Eleven Global Teleservices under MagicJack account. It’s a VoIP device. My role is to assist customers having issues with the device, general inquiries, and billing inquiries.
