I completed my training in Amazon Virtual Assistant Masterclass under Amazon Sellers VA (ASVA). This is a complete Amazon VA training given by certified Amazon Sellers. It also includes the overall discussion of the Amazon FBA Private Label process and Amazon account management. I do have hands-on experience during my training in doing product and keyword research using Helium 10/Jungle Scout, listing potential suppliers on Alibaba, doing profitability checks using FBA Calculator, and checking for patents in uspto.gov. I can also help clients set up an automatic email campaign through the feedback genius app (paid app) which can be very helpful in reminding customers to leave a review or just simply thank them to make them feel valued. This could result in repeat purchases, referrals, positive reviews, and of course increase in sales. As for listing creation, inventory management, Amazon PPC (Automatic or Manual Campaign) I know how to do it but I am still looking for an opportunity to have practical experience in it. But despite my lack of experience in those areas, I am still well equipped with knowledge on how to execute it. I also have good communication skills, can work with minimum supervision, motivated to learn new things and skilled in building productive working relationships with colleagues.
