Me as a Virtual Assistant in Realtors, I was responsible for gathering all of the leads that clients wanted to be generated in the CRM. Constructing responsive emails to all clients that needed to follow up about their applications/requests. Minimum of calls in following up the leads and any cold calling sales (provide scripts) minimum of photo editing using the tool Canva and Photoshop. Using various tools needed as a Virtual Assistant. There are Microsoft Office, G-Suites, Outlook, Gmail, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Ring Central, and Wise Agents Tool.
