I have a background in Facebook Ads, Social Media Management where I do monitoring, scheduling posts, and engagement with followers. I can do basic content and make visuals like photos or infographics. I use Virtual Assistant tools such as:

It is easy for me to take on nearly any task that I am assigned by using the following computer programs:

I also worked as a Customer Relations Officer in several companies, providing customer service and administrative support-related tasks like Email management, appointment setting, and handling complaints, and managing inquiries.

Learning is a continuous process and to help enhance my career I have taken up courses on Facebook Ads, Virtual Assistant, WordPress, and Marketing and Social Media Management in order for me to keep up in today’s fast-paced and constantly evolving working world.
